1. Pure Intermediary Status & Absolute Liability Disclaimer
Welcome to RentMe.ge. This document governs the rules, liabilities, and obligations for all users, guests, and prospective tenants (“Renters”, “Users”, or “Visitors”) browsing or seeking rental items/properties listed on our platform.

RentMe.ge and Dynamic Biz Group LLC (Tax ID: 447002608) act strictly as an unmoderated digital bulletin board and intermediary venue. We do not own, inspect, manage, verify, lease, or guarantee any property, item, or listing published on this platform. All information published on RentMe.ge is uploaded directly by independent third-party hosts. The person publishing the listing is solely and exclusively responsible for the content, accuracy, pricing, legality, safety, and physical condition of the item or property.
1.1 Dynamic Biz Group LLC is not a real estate agency, leasing broker, property owner, or payment escrow agent. We carry zero liability for any interactions, communications, or transactions taking place between Renters and Hosts.
2. Direct Bilateral Agreements Between Renter and Host
2.1 Separate Legal Contracts: Any agreement, lease contract, rental deal, deposit payment, or reservation made by a Renter is executed strictly between the Renter and the publishing Host. Dynamic Biz Group LLC is not a party to any rental contract and assumes no legal duties under it.
2.2 Financial Disputes & Unreturned Deposits: Dynamic Biz Group LLC does not collect, hold, or process rental payments or security deposits on behalf of hosts. We are entirely uninvolved in financial transactions between users. We carry no responsibility for lost funds, unreturned security deposits, fraudulent demands, or pricing discrepancies.
3. Duty of Independent Verification & Renter Due Diligence
Because published listings are the sole responsibility of the publisher, Renters assume full risk when contacting hosts or making financial commitments. Renters are strongly advised to perform strict personal due diligence prior to sending any money:

- Always conduct an in-person physical inspection of the item/property before transferring any money.
- Request proof of legal ownership or authorization from the host (e.g., Public Register Extract / Real Estate Register in Georgia).
- Never send non-refundable deposit payments to unverified bank accounts or via untraceable transfer methods.
- Always sign a formal, written legal contract with the host directly.
4. Complete Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1 “As-Is” Display: All listing data, images, descriptions, prices, and features displayed on RentMe.ge are provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis without any express or implied warranties.
4.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy: Dynamic Biz Group LLC does not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, up-to-date, safe, free of structural defects, or legally authorized for lease under Georgian municipal laws.
5. Total Hold Harmless & Liability Release

By using RentMe.ge, you explicitly release, waive, and discharge Dynamic Biz Group LLC, its directors, employees, and software operators from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, personal injuries, property losses, financial scams, or legal disputes arising out of or in any way connected with a property listing or host interaction on this platform.
5.1 If you experience fraud, property damage, deceptive pricing, or breach of contract, your sole legal recourse is directly against the individual host/publisher who posted the listing.
6. Governing Law & Corporate Entity Details
These Renter Terms of Use are governed by the Laws of Georgia. Any claims regarding platform availability or service terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the common courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
